Job Description – Events and Activations Coordinator

Location: Montreal, QC
Position type: Full-time, 35 hours per week

We offer our clients a turnkey, diversified service that includes 3D design of immersive sets, creative photo/video content capture, and instant sharing of engaging content.

Primary responsibilities

  • Participate in the planning, coordination, and execution of activations and events.
  • Handling on-site logistics: setting up, supervising, and dismantling photo booths and decorations.
  • Manage relationships with customers and partners before, during, and after events.
  • Supervise the LeBooth team of agents
  • Participate in creative development (activation concepts, 3D sets, original ideas).
  • Ensure high-quality service and a premium customer experience.
  • Provide administrative follow-up: post-event reports, performance indicators (sessions, sharing, data capture).

 

Desired profile

  • Experience in event planning, experiential marketing, or project coordination (1 to 3 years).
  • Strong sense oforganization and priority management.
  • Communication and customer service skills .
  • Ease of learning new skills (continuing education offered)
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience with a CRM customer management tool – an asset
  • Technical knowledge of photography/video – an asset.
  • Creativity and design skills (3D, sets, visuals) – an asset.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) required.
  • Advanced written French: Ability to write professional emails without errors and conduct telephone conversations with ease.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required by projects.
  • Have a driver's license
  • Own vehicle. Mileage reimbursement—an asset (company car available if needed).
