During the event
How much space is required?
For most installations, the space required is 8×8 feet (width x length). The back and aluminum frame measure 8×8 feet (length x height).
Regarding the SpinBooth, a 12×12-foot space is required for safe installation.
What do you need to install your system?
A little space (between 8×8 and 12×12 feet) and, most importantly, an electrical outlet.
Please note that we have our own internet access (4G dongle).
How long does installation take?
Depending on the service, we need between 1 and 2 hours to set up the equipment and make the various adjustments. For example, for services related to the Photobooth, we will be on site 1.5 hours before the start of your event.
Do you need internet access?
No, we have our own mobile internet access.
If for any reason the network is not working, please note that your photos/videos will not be lost. Simply connect the device to our office network to finish sending the data.

How far does Lebooth travel?
Based in Montreal, we are mainly active between Montreal and Quebec City. That said, we are happy to travel. Our photo booths are often found in Ottawa and Toronto.
Our record? We held an event simultaneously in Sherbrooke, Toronto, Miami, and Mexico City!
What are the rates for your services?
Since every event is different, we adjust our rates based on your parameters. What type of service? How many hours? Where is the event taking place? Etc.
Tell us about your event, and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a detailed quote (usually within 24 hours).

Is the service all-inclusive or à la carte?
Our extensive experience (over 1,500 events in 13 years) has shown that an all-inclusive service is synonymous with success.
Entrust us with this part of your event and then sleep peacefully. Our job is to ensure that you, your guests, and your clients are 200% satisfied.
Don't get lost in the choices of "à la carte" options and, above all, avoid unpleasant surprises on the big day ("Oh, the background wasn't included?"). We provide everything you need to make your LeBooth experience a success.
What exactly is the all-inclusive service?
First and foremost, it is feedback gathered from more than 1,500 events over 13 years.
Our mission is to ensure that you and your guests/clients leave your event with extra smiles on their faces and that they have a fun adventure with LeBooth.
Depending on the type of event, the all-inclusive service may vary.
In general, our services include:

Before the event: customization of your photos/videos with your event's colors (provide us with your guidelines, send us your logo and text), choice of background (40+ backgrounds available + custom printing option + green screen available)

During the event: we arrive 1 to 2 hours before the start of the event to set up the equipment and make any final adjustments. We remain on site for the duration of the event to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

After the event: a personalized gallery will be posted online within 24 hours where you can view and download photos/videos.
Can I choose the background?
Of course! Choose from over 40 available backgrounds, opt for a green screen, or specify a custom background in your request (additional fees apply). Based on your instructions, we will propose a design that we will print within a few days.
All our backgrounds are made of vinyl, the highest quality fabric available. The finish is uniform, there are no creases, and lights and flash will not create any reflections on the photos.
Can I have a green screen?
Yes, we have several in stock.
A green screen is a tool that comes from the world of cinema, necessary for creating special effects. With this screen, we can simulate a scene taking place in the Amazon rainforest, in space, in the ocean... the possibilities are endless! Take a look at our portfolio to get a better idea of the effect!

Is the photo design included?
Yes! With your guidelines, logo, or text, we will customize the photo to reflect your brand and/or event.
Don't forget, we offer turnkey solutions so you can fully enjoy our interactive experience and get the most out of your event.
How many photo prints are included?
For services that include photos, please note that we print one photo per visit by your guests. Photo printing is therefore unlimited... provided you come and take photos! But that's kind of why we're here, isn't it?
(An additional fee may apply if you still wish to print multiple photos in a single visit).
Are props included in the price?
LeBooth provides turnkey solutions. Depending on the type of event, we will bring a box of various accessories. If your event has a theme, please let us know when you make your reservation and we will get back to you about the availability of accessories. If we do not have them in stock, we can procure them for a small fee.
Insurance & Security
Do you have liability insurance?
LeBooth is a responsible company. We have $5 million in liability insurance and cyber insurance in case of data theft. For our servers, we use the global benchmark for reliability: Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers.
Are my photos safe?
With us, your photos are completely secure. They are stored on Amazon's AWS servers, which are the global benchmark for reliability.
